We do not believe in the terms instructors or teachers.

These terms are time-fleeting. Although there are infinite teachings to be learnt within our walls, our mentors are here as your experienced advisors, to guide and assist you, for longevity. Our teachings are not only intended to be exercised within our studio, but to simultaneously extend into your everyday life.

Nikala Cunningham, Founder

Self-care can be tricky. We don’t always listen to our minds, or our bodies, when we need to reset, or be at rest. Sometimes we just need to breathe

After an incident on the soccer pitch, which led to a chronic ankle injury, taking care of myself proved to be a challenge. I looked to alternative and holistic ways of exercising and healing. This is where I found my admiration for Pilates, and ultimately, my overall vision for Análú Studios.

What I learned through my own practice was invaluable: No two classes are the same. It is for anybody, and any body. It is empowering. It is where I feel inspired. It is where I discovered my pursuit for complete wellness.

Wellness is dynamic: physically, mentally, spiritually, and even socially, it is ever-changing. At Análú, we welcome you to find this within yourself, to confidently feel your breath at work.

Rocio Campos

Class Types: All Levels

Mentor Style: Classical, Contemporary, More Reps

Rocio always had a personal love for Pilates, which then lead her to teach and open ROC Steady’s doors. She especially loves the interactions with clients, and seeing their transformations over time. Being a creative, her class is a balanced mix of classical and contemporary movements.

Wendy Hill-Kotzbach

Class Types: All Levels, Soundbath

Mentor Style: Classical, A Good Stretch

Wendy fell into Pilates as a part of her Physical Therapy. It healed her. She loved it so much, it inspired her to become a teacher. Wendy’s goal is to provide the same guidance for her clients, to push them to be stronger. Her class consists of classical movements, with a sprinkling of modern variations - think “tough with love”.

Justine Muus

Class Types: All Levels, Power Hour

Mentor Style: Contemporary, A Good Sweat, A Good Stretch

What started as a passion in 1997, ecstatically turned into a knack for teaching. This was her way of sharing her passion for Pilates. Justine especially enjoys witnessing client growth, both physically and mentally. A session with Justine will feel a little more fast paced, with balanced intensity.

Bobbie Hendrickson

Class Types: Mindful Movement, All Levels

Mentor Style: Classical, A Good Stretch

Bobbie was diagnosed with scoliosis, and Pilates made a dramatic improvement in decreasing the curvature. She loves to do the same for her clients - recovering or new to Pilates - to help them feel better, and assist in increasing their self-confidence. Bobbie’s class focuses on basic principles to stabilize core muscles and protect the back while creating flexible joints.

Candice Hass

Class Types: All Levels, Jumpboard

Mentor Style: Classical, Contemporary, A Good Stretch

Candice fell in love with Pilates during her journey through IVF, as it helped her reconnect with her mind, body, and soul. Inspired to share that transformation, she loves getting to know her clients and watching their progress over time. Her goal is to make every session uplifting—even if it’s just 1% of someone’s day.

Kara Hanley

Mentor Style: Contemporary, Relaxed, Fast-Paced

Kara is inspired by her mentors who create transformative experiences in every class. She strives to offer that same encouragement and growth to her clients, empowering them to build confidence with every session. Her classes foster an atmosphere that’s inviting, fun, and supportive: perfect for anyone looking to connect their mind and body through movement.

Kelsey Cottrell

Class Types: All Levels

Mentor Style: Classical, A Good Sweat, A Good Stretch

Kelsey felt inspired to teach Pilates after experiencing the way her body felt after a session herself. She personally loves seeing progress from clients, and hearing how Pilates has helped with their day-to-day living. With a background in Ballet, her goal is to have you leave feeling 2 inches taller after one of her sessions!
